I am incredibly excited to announce that I have been recognized as a Book Excellence Award Winner in the category of Poetry for my book Gather Seeds of Hope: Poems, Prose, and Stories…With A Little Hope Sprinkle In. This book joins my other two Book Excellence Award winners: Scatter Seeds of Kindness and Sow Seeds of Wisdom.
Although Gather Seeds of Hope was published in 2023, I neglected to submit it to the annual Book Excellence Awards competition. I entered it at the end of 2025 and the winners were recently announced.

Gather Seeds of Hope, like my other books, is more than a book of poems. It also includes the back story of how the poem came to be; the inspiration, motivation, or sometimes just my random thoughts about the poem.
